Promo Campaign Management - NetGaming

Upon successful login, the subsequent landing page, commonly referred to as the Home page, will display the following options.

Open the Promo Campaign Search page by navigating to the relevant section in the application. The page will load with a search form and campaign status definitions.

Campaign Search Form

The Promo Campaign Search page allows users to search for promotional campaigns using various filters. The page provides a user-friendly interface to input search criteria, submit the search, and view the results dynamically.

The search form consists of several input fields to help users filter campaigns based on specific criteria.

Campaign ID:

• Enter the Campaign ID in the designated text field.

• This field allows you to search for a specific campaign by its unique identifier.

Start and End Date;

• Select the date range using the "Start and End date" field.

• This field uses a date range picker for easy selection.

Search Results:

• After entering the search criteria, click the "Search" button.

• The search results will dynamically load below the search form in the "campaigns_list_section."

Search results - Campaigns:

• The search results are presented in a DataTable, providing a tabular view of campaign details.

• The DataTable includes columns for Campaign ID, Games, Start Date, End Date, Status, and a button to view players.

Cancel Campaigns:

• Users can cancel campaigns by selecting the desired campaigns using checkboxes and clicking the "Cancel Campaign" button.

Campaign Status Definitions:

• Definitions for various campaign statuses are listed below the search form.

• These statuses include:

  • Campaign Active: Started with some rounds already played.

  • Campaign Cancelled: Cancelled by admin (provider/operator).

  • Expired: Some or all rounds of the campaign have expired.

Error Handling:

• If an error occurs during the search or campaign cancellation process, relevant error messages will be displayed.

• Possible errors include session expiration, form validation errors, or general errors.

Campaign Create Form

This Promo Campaign Creation Form is designed to streamline the process of setting up promotional campaigns. Ensure all required information is provided accurately, and follow the instructions for a smooth campaign creation process.

   • Navigate to the designated page using the provided link.

   • Upon reaching the page, you will find a form for entering details to create a Promo Campaign.

2. P romo Campaign Details:

• Brands: Select one or more brands from the available options.

• Campaign ID: Enter a unique Campaign ID.

• Games: Choose one or more games from the list.

  • Number of rounds distributed to all the sleeted games and players can play any games of their choice.

• Coin Value Level: Select a coin value level from the dropdown.

  • Example: For Game-1 if the coin value level 3 is chosen, coin value for EUR player would be 3, coin value for ARS player would be 90, coin value for BRL would be 15. These are the coin values that will be used during the promo free spins play.

• Number of Rounds: Choose the number of rounds for the campaign.

3. Date Range:

• Navigate to the designated page using the provided link.

4. Players List:

   • Upload a CSV file containing the list of players.

   • Click on the "Download Template" link to get a template for the CSV file.

5. Validation and Submission:

• The form includes client-side validation:

  • Ensure brands and games are selected.

  • Check for the uniqueness of the Campaign ID.

  • Verify that a CSV file is selected for the Players List.

6. Error Messages:

• Any errors encountered during form submission will be displayed in the "msg" and "error_msg" sections.

• If there are form errors, you will be prompted to fix them before submission.

7. Date Range Picker

• The date range picker allows you to conveniently select start and end dates with various predefined ranges.

8. Result and Refresh:

• Upon successful submission, a success message will be displayed, and the form will be reset.

• In case of errors, appropriate messages will guide you on how to proceed.

• Refresh the page to check for the newly created campaign after a successful submission.
