Step-1 How to log in using your credentials

Step-2: Accessing the Forgot Password Feature:

1. Introduction:

   In the backoffice system, users have the option to reset their forgotten passwords. This user manual will guide you through the process of resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" feature.

2. Accessing the Forgot Password Feature:

   To initiate the password reset process, follow these steps:

   1. Visit the backoffice login page.
   2. Locate the "Forgot Password" button/link on the login page.
3. Resetting the Password:

   Once you have accessed the "Forgot Password" feature, follow the steps below to reset your password:

   1. Click on the "Forgot Password" button/link.
   2. You will be prompted to enter your email address associated with your backoffice account.
   3. Enter your email address in the provided field.
   4. Click on the "Submit" button to proceed.
4. Email Notification:

   After submitting your email address, an email notification will be sent to the provided email address. Check your email inbox, including the spam/junk folder, for the password reset email. The email will contain a unique password reset link.

5. Setting a New Password:

   To set a new password, follow these steps:

   1. Open the password reset email received in your inbox.
   2. Click on the password reset link provided in the email.
   3. You will be redirected to a password reset page.
   4. On the password reset page, enter your new password in the designated fields.
   5. Ensure that your new password meets the specified password requirements.
   6. Click on the "Submit" or "Reset Password" button to save your new password.
6. Password Reset Confirmation:

   Once you have successfully reset your password, you will receive a confirmation message. You can now log in to the backoffice using your new password.
