How to retrieve the Player game Logs?

To retrieve game logs, please enter the player's username or ID in the designated search field and click on the search button. This will provide you with the account ID, which is essential for us to access the game logs. In the specific case mentioned, the account ID is 2793932.

Click on the "Player Logs" tab, where you will find the Player Log Form. To retrieve the game logs, input the aforementioned Account ID (2793932) and select the appropriate game category and game name. Ensure you choose the correct start and end dates, then click on the search button.
